1. Services

MsgGuru, powered by Spice Infotech, provides Bulk WhatsApp Service, WhatsApp API, Bulk SMS, RCS, Voice Campaigns, Chatbot Integrations, and Verified Sender solutions for businesses to communicate with their customers.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate details during signup.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including TRAI and WhatsApp Business policies.

3. User Responsibilities

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited information with:

• You are responsible for the content sent through our platform.
• You must not send spam, abusive, illegal, or fraudulent messages.
• You must comply with DLT registration requirements for Bulk SMS in India.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All subscription charges must be paid in advance.
• 7-day Money-Back Guarantee applies for new customers.
• Refunds after 7 days are not applicable unless agreed in writing.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use MsgGuru services for:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages.
• Violating WhatsApp or TRAI guidelines.
• Sharing misleading, illegal, or harmful content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Neither MsgGuru nor Spice Infotech will be liable for:

• Delivery delays caused by third-party providers.
• Losses arising from misuse of your account or credentials.
• Messages blocked by WhatsApp, RCS, carriers, or regulatory bodies.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the Mumbai jurisdiction.
